Ambrosus partnership claims don’t stand up to critical scrutiny
In this blog post dated 5.18.20 $AMB claimed a partnership with a maritime crewing agency called Navis Crew Management based in Odessa, Ukraine
Ambrosus posted this picture of the meeting between $AMB Head of Business Sergey Grygoriev and Navis GM Maksym Karpenko. I hoped contacting Navis to confirm the partnership would bring reassurance
I dialed the telephone # on the Navis-Odessa.com website and spoke with a receptionist, explaining my desire to confirm the Navis-Ambrosus partnership directly with Mr Karpenko
After conferring with Mr Karpenko the receptionist verbally denied Navis had any relationship with Ambrosus and instructed me to email him directly for written confirmation. His response :
“There is no partnership between Navis and Ambrosus”
Ambrosus recently announced another partnership with a company called “QSS Global SA”

QSS has a surprisingly basic website including many grammatical errors and typos. Besides the Ambrosus blog and this website no other references or links to QSS appear to exist online

For 3 years the team have serially claimed NDAs prevent them from providing any further details about negotiations which never seem to materialize
CONCLUSION : Ambrosus will NEVER partner with IBM / Migros or any any other reputable company bound to perform thorough due diligence
